Dachshund, drawn from one photo
The portrait of your dachshund
Send one photo. In about two minutes you look at the finished portrait, with the name set in it.

A long face needs room
Most portrait shops crop square and cut a dachshund off at the snout.
Our frame is built around the length of the head, so the whole line from ear to nose stays in the picture.
Smooth, long-haired and wire coats each read differently, and the drawing follows the coat it is given.
Their exact colour
Red, black and tan, cream, dapple, brindle: the colour comes from your photo, not from a preset.
So does the grey around the muzzle, if there is any. We do not paint it out.
Print file — $19
The same drawing without the mark, at print size, sized for common frames. It stays at a link that keeps working.

Questions
- What photo works best for a dachshund?
- One clear photo taken at their eye level, in daylight, with the whole head in the frame. A phone photo is plenty.
- Can you draw a dapple or brindle coat?
- Yes. The pattern is read from the photo you send, so it comes back as the pattern your dog actually has.
- Do I pay before I see it?
- No. The finished portrait arrives on screen watermarked and free, and you decide after you have looked at it.
